  • Stove


  • 24 oz jumbo shrimp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 3 peppers red chili pepper fresh or dried
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 6 tbsp parsley chopped



  • Peel and devein the shrimp and remove heads.
  • Heat ⅔ cups of olive oil in a large pan.
  • Add garlic and chilies.
  • Stir until they sizzle then add the shrimp. Cook until they turn pink.


  • Transfer to a warm bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley.
