Ingredients
- 24 oz jumbo shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 3 peppers red chili pepper fresh or dried
- 6 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 6 tbsp parsley chopped
Instructions
PREPARATION
- Peel and devein the shrimp and remove heads.
- Heat ⅔ cups of olive oil in a large pan.
- Add garlic and chilies.
- Stir until they sizzle then add the shrimp. Cook until they turn pink.
SERVING
- Transfer to a warm bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley.
