  • 8 cups arugula
  • 2 pears medium
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese hard


  • Place arugula in a large bowl and add the chopped pears, and half of the nuts. Set aside.
  • Add dressing, suggest Balsamic with honey & orange juice.
  • Shave the cheese into thin strips and lay on top of the salad.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chopped nuts over the salad.
