Arugula & Pear Salad

Ingredients
- 8 cups arugula
- 2 pears medium
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 4 oz parmesan cheese hard
Instructions
- Place arugula in a large bowl and add the chopped pears, and half of the nuts. Set aside.
- Add dressing, suggest Balsamic with honey & orange juice.
- Shave the cheese into thin strips and lay on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped nuts over the salad.
