  • 2 lb beef tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp thyme dried
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 onions large


  • Combine the meat with spices, vinegar, ketchup, and oil.
  • Let it marinade in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • Put the meat and marinade in a large oven dish.
  • Add onions and cook for 30 – 35 minutes.
  • Serve with Tahini sauce, salad and 100% whole wheat pita bread.
