- 2 lb beef tenderloin
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp thyme dried
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup olive oil extra virgin
- 2 onions large
- Combine the meat with spices, vinegar, ketchup, and oil.
- Let it marinade in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Put the meat and marinade in a large oven dish.
- Add onions and cook for 30 – 35 minutes.
- Serve with Tahini sauce, salad and 100% whole wheat pita bread.
