Ingredients
- 1 lb coho salmon wild caught
- ½ tbsp soy sauce shoyu, lower sodium
- ⅛ tsp white pepper
- 2 scallions medium, cut into 4" pieces
- 2 tsp ginger root
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ⅛ tsp sea salt just a pinch
Instructions
- Place the fish in a bowl and drizzle with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with scallions and ginger.
- Cut the lemon in half.
- Cut one half into 4 slices and put them on the fish.
- Juice the other lemon halves and drizzle over the fish.
STEAMER
- Set up your steamer.
- Put the bowl with the fish on the steamer rack, cover and steam for 8-10 minutes.
- Steam until fish flakes to the fork.
SERVING
- Remove the fish and drizzle sesame oil over the fish.
- Serve and enjoy.
