  • 1 oz parmesan cheese grated or shaved

Instructions

  • Mix the arugula and fennel together in large bowl.
  • Add dressing of your choice and shave Parmesan cheese over salad.
  • You could try either the lemon dressing or the shallot-white wine dressing.
