Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp kosher salt coarse
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin

Instructions

  • Put the mango, lemon zest and juice, dijon mustard and salt into a blender.
  • Gradually blend in the rice vinegar and olive oil.
