Ingredients
- 24 large scallops
- 3 tbsp orange juice freshly squeezed
- 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tsp hazelnut oil filbert
- 2 tbsp dill weed fresh
Instructions
- Mix together 3 tbsp olive oil, orange juice and hazelnut oil and season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Heat the last tbsp of olive oil in skillet.
- Add scallops and cook over high heat for about 1 minute.
SERVING
- Transfer scallops to salad greens and drizzle with dressing.
