  • 24 large scallops
  • 3 tbsp orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tsp hazelnut oil filbert
  • 2 tbsp dill weed fresh


  • Mix together 3 tbsp olive oil, orange juice and hazelnut oil and season to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Heat the last tbsp of olive oil in skillet.
  • Add scallops and cook over high heat for about 1 minute.


  • Transfer scallops to salad greens and drizzle with dressing.
