Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup oat bran raw
  • 1 cup wheat & malt barley flakes rte
  • 1 cup rye berries
  • ½ cup flaxseed ground
  • ½ cup pumpkin & squash seed dried
  • ¼ cup filbert (hazelnut) dried, chopped

Instructions

  • This can either be made by mixing the ingredients cold or, for a little more flavor, preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Spread ingredients on a large baking sheet and bake, stirring once, until lightly golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool.
  • Store in a cool, dry place. Will last up to a month.
