Ingredients

  • ½ sweet red pepper medium
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • 6 pieces crimini mushroom
  • 4 florets broccoli
  • ½ zucchini medium
  • ½ summer squash medium
  • ½ oregano ground
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce shoyu, lower sodium
  • 2 tbsp chicken broth low salt

Instructions

  • In saute pan with medium-high heat add the olive oil and garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
  • Add the vegetables and cook about 2 minutes.
  • Add oregano, soy sauce and chicken broth.
  • Stir until vegetables are wilted.
