Healthy Green Smoothie
- 12 oz coconut water unsweetened
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup pineapple water pack
- Use either fresh or water packed pineapple with unsweetened coconut.
- Make sure the pineapple is frozen. Place in blender, water first, then spinach, finally frozen pineapple.
- Blend as per instructions on your blender. Enjoy.
