Ingredients

  • 5 cups romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups arugula
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • cup parsley
  • 12 kalamata olives
  • 1 oz asiago cheese

Instructions

  • Gently toss romaine, arugula, artichoke hearts, parsley, and olives together in large bowl.
  • Drizzle vinaigrette of choice over salad and gently toss to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve, topping individual portions with Asiago.
