  • 1 lb snap beans green beans
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tsp tarragon ground
  • 2 tsp mustard whole grain


  • Add the garlic to the green beans and place on a baking sheet.
  • Add ¼ cup water and the oil.
  • Roast at 450°F about 20 minutes.
  • Toss with the tarragon and mustard.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
